Fresh boletuses and other summer dishes

Fresh boletuses from the Appennini mountains are first class presences in our menus for June, July and August. Our chef will propose summer dishes as Tagliatelle and Tortelloni with Porcini mushrooms. As a second course you can choose our Roast beef or Vitello Tonnato, or the special Tagliata which can be served with a boletus sauce.
